自作 オリジナル スキーウェア その１ ― 2012/01/06 22:24

超久しぶりの更新です。

　件名にあるとおり、自作スキーウェアの製作過程をアップしていこうと思います。といっても、ガーッと作ってしまう方なので、細かいところはオミットさんです。

まずはスキーパンツ。

　ちなみにパンツに限れば､正月休みの家族スキーに間に合わせようとして休み中必死こいて作っていたので､現状かなり出来上がっています。なので､記事の更新は割と早いかも(面倒くさくならなければですが)

サイズ合わせ用(右)と､試作品(左)
　右が､安い生地でサイズ合わせに作った物。以前作ったジーパンの型紙を基にサイズをゆるめに調整。かなり手抜きです。前チャックが無いので､履くのが大変。
　左は､それを基に試作した物。試作と言っても､二重仕立てで、表は防水生地､内は厚手の中綿生地となっていて､バイク用に使っています。試作なので､スキーパンツのようにポケットや裾の開きもファスナーで開閉できるようになっています。

　イージーパンツやジーパンは参考書を見ながら作った事がありますが､こういった裾ファスナーや二重仕立てのパンツは参考書すら見たことも無く､購入品のスキーウェアを観察したり､これまでのソーイング経験プラス”アイデア”勝負だったので､ちょっと不安でした。

生地の裁断

　試作品の型紙を基に変更(ベルトを太く、中綿生地にフリース生地を張り合わせる等)を加え、生地をカットしました。
　白いのが型紙で､青チェック柄はオークション購入のゴアテックス、黄色もゴアテックス、青いキルト生地は厚手の中綿生地、他白や黒のフリースです。
