SAJスキー1級検定を受けてきました。
結果は不合格。
当然と言えば当然。

理由

１、前回のスキーで、コブの練習をした時に右足親指に血豆を作ってしまった〔ブーツがぴったり過ぎるのか、変な動きをすると爪先が当たり、ここ何年かは毎年爪がはがれている)。

２、そもそもコブが苦手である。

３、前々回のスキーでアイスバーンに苦戦させられたが、今回は、アイスバーンに新雪が積もって、ずれたり引っかかったりで滑りにくかった。

４、受験前にスキーショップの方から、｢あそこは厳しいらしいよ｣との情報を得ていたが、その通りで、今年はまだ一人しか合格者が出ていないと講師から聞いた。ますますやる気が無くなった。
一緒に受験した人達も、何度も落とされているらしい。

５、事前講習で、各自へのアドバイスが皆無(良いとか悪いとか的確に指摘してくれない)だった。生涯たった1度のスクールも、去年そこのスクールで入ったが、何のためのトレーニングをさせられているのか分かりづらかった。そこのスクールの方針なのだろう。

６、そもそも自己流で、スクールも生涯で1回だけしか入った事が無いので、何が悪くて何が良いのか分からない状態で受験した（事前講習に期待したのだが、、、）。

７、リフトで講師と一緒になった時、「私は何度も１級を落ちました｣と言われました。それを聞いて私は、「初めてで受かるほど甘くないよ｣と言っていると思いました。

次回へ向けて

１、どんな斜面でも怖がらずに滑れて、気持ちが良い事を目的にスキーしているので、あまり1級にこだわらなくても良いかなって思っている。
実際、去年は少し怖かった斜面が今年はあまり怖くない。

２、次も受けたとしても、今回受けたところはもう受けたくない気持ちがある。まず、スキー場もスクールも金儲け第一に感じる。受かりたければ、スクールに入らないといけない様子だった（他にも色々あるので、例えば、受験料等が割高だったり）。

３、苦手だったコブが合格点にならなかったものの(69点)、とりあえず無事降りてこられたのが唯一の救い。もうちょっと練習して受験を考えるつもり。

４、合格発表後、講師にどの点が良くなかったかいくつか聞いたが、内足が使えていなかった事が一番大きかったようだ。
その点は、自分でも気づいていて、最近は気をつけて滑っていたが、本番では、すっかり忘れていて出来ていなかった。そこいらを克服したい。

５、SAJ著のスキーガイドブックを買ってきた。DVD付きで、これまでの疑問点が、少し晴れた気がする。
スクール講師が、「検定用の滑りをしなさい｣とか｢技術戦は、極限の状況での滑りなので、参考にしてはいけない｣と言っていた事を理解出来そう（自分は技術戦を参考にしていた）。
スキー○ャーナルとか、○ラフィックとかの雑誌やムック本は、いかに一般大衆や一部上級者向けなのかが分かった。
つまり、本当に必要な基本が載っていない（無い事は無いが、かなり省略されている）。
検定対策をもっと取り上げて欲しい！

ども。1級受けたんだね。Challenging Spiritだね！！
素晴らしい。
場所によっても色々あるみたいだね。（それではSAJが取りまとめている意味はないと思うんだが）スクールって、良し悪しあるよね。講師によっても全然違う。なんか「一概には言えないんだけど…」とか「そういう滑り方もある…」とか、悪いところを言ってくれない講師がいました。たぶんそういう人は自信を持って人に教える実力がないんだと思います。ま、金儲けのためにそうしている人もいるかもしれないけどね。
私はもうバッチを取ろうとは思っていないけど…って、そもそもスキーに復帰しろよ。(笑)＞俺
とにかくスキーを楽しみましょう。

１級取っても、その後の目標が、私には有りません。
インストラクターになるわけでもないし、技術戦に出るわけでもない。
なので、楽しくスキーをして、足試しで１級受験して、いつか合格すれば良いかなって、思っています。
これについては、受験のだいぶ前から何となく考えていた事で、今回の件ではっきり心が決まりました。

検定を目標にする事でメリハリがつくけど、検定のせいでスキーがつまらなくなっては元も子もない（今回一緒になった受験生が｢検定ってつまらないよね｣ともらしていた）。
楽しいのが一番だね　。

スクール講師だけど、やっぱりそんなモンなんだね。
小学一年生のように毎日スキーの授業を教えるわけじゃないから、自己流でやってきた生徒に教えるのって難しいと思うけど、説明の仕方ってあると思います。
まぁ、うまくならなきゃ（検定なら合格しなきゃ）、またスクールに入ってくれると思っているのかもしれないけど。

自分は、スクール入るならプライベートレッスンを受けてみようと思います。もしくは１級検定キャンプ。
色々経験してみようかなっと。

腰のほうはどうですか？
使わなきゃ使わないで、復帰するのが大変になるのでは？
久しぶりのスキーなら、基礎を１からやるのにいいキッカケになるかも（まさに私は今そういう気持ち）。
骨盤をしっかり立てて滑れば、腰に負担は少ないと思うよ。
私の場合、ずっと立ってて腰が痛くなることは有るけど、スキーで腰が痛くなったことはほとんどないんです。
まぁ、無理して運動して悪くなっても良くないけど。

また皆でスキーしたいと思う私でした。
